the Price of Limo Rides to the Airport

This was for a limo ride to the airport (about 50 miles). The base cost was $150, plus a suggested tip for the driver of 20% ($30) bringing the total to $180.

The service was excellent. The driver arrived about 15 minutes early, at which time he called to let us know he'd arrived but that there was no hurry. As soon as we opened the house door he was out of the limo to help carry the luggage to the car. He made sure we were seated comfortably, explained how to work the various controls in the back of the car, and proceeded to drive us to the airport. The ride was comfortable, the limo itself was clean and luxurious, and the driver talked with us for a few minutes at the beginning, then said that he would be closing the privacy window so that we could talk privately, and to let him know if there was anything we needed. The drive was uneventful; very comfortable and quiet. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time, even though the traffic was rather heavy, but were not at all uncomfortable with the way the driver was driving, as we have been with a few other companies.

Ask friends who have used various limo services for advice. We have taken limos 4 times...3 with this company, 1 with another when this company was booked. The "one" trip was another story altogether...not a pleasant experience. When booking the limo, give the company all pertinent information: airport, airline, flight number and departure time, etc. Most reputable limo companies know the ins-and-outs of airport travel and will make sure you get where you need to be, when you need to be there.
