Description of service
After my recent business trip I hired a local limo service to pick me up from my hotel and take me to the air port. I was trying to impress a client, so I had a stretch limo pick me up in front of my hotel, which then took me to the air port that was about 25 miles away. The total cost of the service was $75, but I tipped the limo driver a twenty for his services.
Review of Service
The price was shocking, seeing that it was only about a half hour drive to the air port. I did feel kind of special getting picked up in a limo. This was paid for by my company, who I'm sure would have preferred me to take a cab, but I don't like the dirty cabs, and the cab drivers that I can hardly understand. Overall, the service is great if you can afford it.
Tips
The big thing here is if you can afford it. It's much cheaper, less than half in fact, to take a cab. But if you must impress and insist on taking a limo, look in the phone book under transportation and call around to find the best deal. You can also search the interenet in bigger cities for several different companies.
