the Price of German Lessons

We, in a group of four, had hired a teacher to teach us German. We enrolled in an institute and they provided the teacher. We were to learn the basics of the language. We all assembled at one place and the teacher used to come there thrice a week. We had to pay $40each per class. The duration of each class was approximately one and half hour. The duration of the entire course was thirty hours.

I feel I made a great choice in keeping up with my friends and getting to know this interesting language.The teacher was great,she spoke like 5 languages and was fluent in all of them including the English language.It was great to know her and having to be in a small class size of 10 was even better.I received the best education from this class learning a difficult language,but I made it through.

As for any language including German make sure you have done some background study using good quality books or audio guides. But nothing can beat an actual dedicated tutor who can correct your mistakes 'live' which makes a huge difference. Though many packages are available, if you find such classes expensive you can go for group classes. The more the number of people, the lesser the price.
