Description of service
I got a henna tattoo at a local tattoo shop. It took about an hour and a half and was 4 inches by 2 inches long. The total cost was $60, which included the $50 fee and a $10 tip to the artist.
Review of Service
This was a great service. I went with my friend to get a regular tattoo. Instead of having nothing to do while I waited for her artist to finish, I was able to get a henna tattoo done myself. I talked it over briefly with the artist and we discussed a few options. He was really great in that he patiently explained the process and was happy to discuss any questions I had.
I took him about an hour and a half. However, I think he probably could have done it faster if he didn't know that I was waiting on my friend to get their regular tattoo. He was very friendly but not overly talkative either. I ended up tipping him $10 but looking back he probably deserved more.
Tips
Make sure that you choose an artist who is communicative and will help you understand what they're going to be doing. Don't be afraid to ask any questions you might have either.
