The massage was wonderful The hot stones really warm you up. They are soaked in oil and warmed, then placed on your back, and other parts. Then they are rubbed across muscles and skin. The massage also included a basic normal full body massage. My masseur was very good, didn't invade my personal space, even though he was touching me, and really worked the muscles that needed it. The bashful would be content, as I was never uncovered by a sheet on any area other than my legs and arms. The atmosphere was relaxing with soothing music, dimmed lights, and pleasant surroundings. The only part I didn't like was that it had to stop.

The going rate for massage is generally a dollar a minute. Expect to pay more for special types of massage. Many spas offer discounts on days that they are not completely booked. You can also find package deals if you are getting more than one service. If you are uncomfortable, meet your masseur first, and get to know them a little bit. Most will work with you on level of comfort with clothing.
