As far as fees is concerning it has bee way over the top. As I found out later this process for most people should only cost about $3,500, when as of yet this service is still costing me about 700 every two months. The problem is that my lawyer keeps calling me everytime he needs something that he says may help my case, the problem is that every visit is charged and the more he calls me the more I have to pay.

All of my papers are in order and I am 100% fluent in English, my main problem all along the way has been that that my lawyer has not been able to find me a good case. The fee is abosolutely astronomical since if I consider that money, maybe I would have been able to invest it some other way, the only problem once I started paying I had to keep going, otherwise I would lose all the money I put in at first. Overall very negative experience.

Consider researching several inmigration lawyers, find out what their fees are and if you have a good case firsthand before you start spending any of your own money.
