This is the price my husband paid to have his left nostril pierced. The price included the jewelry (a small stainless steel stud), the needle, and taxes. The piercing was very quick, but it was definitely painful! The place we had the nose piercing done was a small, independently owned business that specializes in body piercings.

The person who pierced my husband's nose was very friendly and efficient. The nose piercing looked great and there were no negative after effects from the piercing. The place was extrmemly clean and we definitely felt comfortable with the person who performed the piercing. The needle had to be paid for because they use a fresh needle for every customer so you do not have to worry about contracting a disease from someone else. The person wore gloves and used alcohol and bactine on the piercing site before he actually completed the piercing. The service was good. However, I think we were overcharged for the piercing.

The most important thing you can do is to get referrals from people who have had piercings done. You most certainly want to go to a place that is very reputable, sterile, and also well priced. Make sure you feel comfortable with the person doing the piercing too!
