Description of service
I got my left nostril pierced. The piercing itself cost $50. I paid $50 for the piercing and $35 for the jewelry I ended up choosing.
Review of Service
For my 18th birthday I decided to get my nose pierced. I shopped around to find a good, clean shop. It was also important to me to be able to choose my own jewelry. A lot of places give you their standard jewelry and use that to pierce your nose. The problem is that you have to keep the stud in initially for a long time. I wanted to make sure it was something I really liked.
The thing I found though was that the initial stud for the initial piercing has to be a certain size, which was bigger than what I wanted. This wasn't the fault of the shop, obviously, but it's something to consider.
My experience with the actual piercing was fine. They were professional but didn't have very good customer service skills and weren't very friendly. They gave me a pamphlet on how to take care of the piercing but didn't go over it with me.
Tips
Make sure you find out everything you need to know about how to take care of your piercing before you leave the piercing shop to prevent infections and complications.
