Description of service
This included installation of the whole security system. The different sensors include: motion detectors, smoke and heat sensors, carbon monoxide detectors, door and window sensors, and personal emergency sensors. Water sensors, and freeze sensors are additional options, which require additional payment. There's also a way to connect the system to a pager and be able to be informed if anything happens.
Review of Service
I guess when it comes to security issues, the term "No news is good news" applies. Every month I get a bill for $40 and I'm in this agreement for three years. So far it feels good. If anything happens it's possible to talk to the headquaters of the security company directly 24 hours a day. The motion detector is set on a large area in the yard and it is possible to set up an area that could have movement if you have a pet. All disabling is done through a numeric keypad which communicates with the control panel and enables to arm and disarm the security system. There's also a lawn sign that the company asks to display on the lawn which according to them is a great way to prevent intruders.
Tips
Once the system is installed, contact your Homeowners Insurance and ask them to give you a discount which can reach up to twenty percent.
