the Price of Cosmetic Surgery

Ever since I was a child, one of my ears stuck out more than the other and it made me really self conscious. I never wanted to put my hair back because my left ear stuck out so much and I was embarrassed. I finally decided to talk to a doctor about my options and he said it would be a really simple procedure called odoplasty. Basically, they "pin back" your ear with stitches. That is probably an oversimplification but that is really what he did. I paid thirteen hundred dollars to have one ear done. This included all fees with no gratuity.

I am really very happy with the results of my odoplasty. Both of my ears look very even and you can't even tell I had anything done. My doctor was very professional and caring and even called me at home to see how I was doing. There was not much pain and what little pain I did have, I was able to take over the counter pain relief medicine to relieve it. I really feel like I got a great deal for such a wonderful result. I would recommend my doctor to anyone.

I would tell anyone looking for a good plastic surgeon to do lots of research. Ask your family and friends if they know anyone and also look online to find board certified surgeons. It is also a lot easier if your doctor has their own surgical suite because if they do not, you will have to pay more to have the procedure done at a hospital.

I wish I would have known years ago how easy this procedure was! I would have had it done a lot sooner!
