Description of service
A one hour salsa lesson in a small group setting with six students and two instructors. The class is a beginning level class so the first part of it is review what we learned last time, then maybe learn one or two new moves. We have time at the end for practice and then the students can stay for another half hour if they want to dance and practice with each other. Refreshments are served, just some drinks. This class is once a week for 6 sessions.
Review of Service
The service has been great. The teacher was recommended by a friend. They have both male and female instructors so every one can dance their own gender part. The class is small, and friendly. Each student gets one on one time with the instructors at each session. The music is good, not to loud. The instructors don't mind spending a little extra time with you afterwards if you are having trouble with a move. It really is good exercise and fun at the same time.
Tips
getting a referral to a dance school is really helpful. Do you know anyone that already might take lessons? I joined with a friend, it makes going more comfortable. You should feel very comfortable with the instructors from the very beginning, or maybe it's not the right school for you. Plan on signing up for a series of lessons, some schools give a discount if you do.
