the Cost of Water and Sewer Service

This price is for a 2 month period. The sewer cost includes trash pick up once a week. This includes all basic trash. There is one day a week that recycled materials are picked up. They also have a schedule to have special pick ups such as bulk furniture, concrete, tree branches and grass clippings. They do not limit you to a certain amount of bags or cans that you can put out. You just can not make them too heavy for the trash people to pick them up. The water service just includes the use of one bathroom with a shower and tub and no dishwasher or pool. They also clean out the fire hydrants once a year to make sure they are working properly.

The service is good. The trash people come on time every week and they take almost everything. Sometimes they do not put the trash cans pack on the sidewalk they just leave them on the street.

Make sure that your trash bags are not too heavy to the people to pick them up. To save money on water make sure that you conserve. Check with your local borough to see if the bill is combines or seperated.
