the Cost of Water and Sewer Service

water was 2030 for usage costing 35.88 public fire is a line for 12.35 sewer residential is charged for the same 2030 even though they know you do not always send as much as You draw. for 68.99. Trash is also on this bill which is for a 2 flat and provides for all the recyclables picked up you put out in their blue bags. Along with 1 bag of trash per week from each flat. 15.00 is also added for storm sewer. This is a 3 month bill. Quarterly they bill and collect. Sometimes I wish they would charge monthly. Mostly in the months I am paying. Sometimes I wish they charged bimonthly just because it would be a bit less but of course it would be 2 times more often.

If I ever convert this property back to a 1 residence I will be able to probably cut the trash pick up part in to 1/2 but I don't really recall. I probably should begin charging my tenants a "portion" of this bill since the water prices are suppose to be rising and rising as they say water is going to get more expensive as the country's supply gets more depleted. I already separate the gas bill in a 40/60 split.

No matter what I probably wouldn't want to pay this bill. Who does? Anyways they do deduct from checking each quarter and so I know they always get paid and I don't have to write a check too.
