Description of service
We moved into our townhome in May 2001. This service is from our local water and sewer utility. We receive continuous service for water and sewer to our townhome. We are billed on a quarterly basis. Our average bill amount is approximately $105.
Review of Service
Our service has been without trouble in seven years. We have not had a single billing or service problem in that time. The only time I have had to call our water and sewer service provider, other than the initial call to set up our service, was on an occasion to make sure they had received my payment since that payment had not cleared my account in a few weeks. The lady I spoke with on the phone for this matter was extremely pleasant and explained precisely what issues lead to the delay in their processing my payment.
One of the few utilities in my area which does not have trouble providing their product. They have provided their service in a routine and non-eventful manner.
Tips
A very pleasant experience using this utility given that we have never had any trouble with them. It is quite refreshing to not have billing or service problems from at least one of my utilities.
