Description of service
The roof to my home was leaking rain in and causing a huge mess, so I had to hire a local roofing company to fix the shingles that my roof was covered with. There was a pretty windy day the week before I noticed the leak, and I think a few of the shingles had gotten blown off, but it was nothing major. I had the roofing company that put my roof on come out and they quoted me $200 to get it fixed, but then they only billed me $175, and this price included parts and labor.
Review of Service
I'm glad I went with the company I chose, and I really feel like I got a good deal. It wasn't a very large problem, but could have grown to one had I not had the issue corrected. Hopefully I never have to use this service again, but if I do - I will be going with the same company.
Tips
There are quite a few roofing companies in my area, but I went with the one that put my roof on. If you are really strapped for cash you can find do-it-yourself resources on the internet, but be careful on high roofs - its no fun to fall off. You can also ask family and friends for good deals.
