the Cost of Roof Repair Services

Repair of shingles. Due to strong winds experienced during some winter storms we had a few spots on our roof where some shingles had either torn or been blown completely off the house exposing the roof below.

I met a person from the roofing company who came to our house the day after I called inquiring about them fixing this problem. I actually did not even have to be there to meet them, but I chose to do so. The agent of the roofing company climbed up to the roof, inspected the damaged areas even taking a few digital pictures to show me exactly how much of a repair job needed to be done. After discussing the necessary work I was quoted a price, which was actually higher than the amount I ended up paying. Once the work was actually be completed they found the damage to not be as bad as first anticipated. I liked how they priced the job as a "worst case scenario" but let you have a nice surprise when it turned out to be not so bad.

I tried making their work as easy as possible by making sure the area where they needed to place their ladders was clear. Also, the day they performed the work was rather cold so I made sure the person who did the work had enough coffee and access to the garage to keep warm. If you treat the workers well, they'll treat you well.
