I called several dealerships after I discovered that someone had broken my drivers side side view mirror in a parking lot. They stated it would take around 1 hour to complete so I scheduled an appointment for the replacement.

The service was pretty straight forward. I arrived around 2pm and dropped the vehicle off. They had a fairly comfortable waiting area and I waited the hour or so it took for the replacement. I had priced some units myself so I knew that the part cost over $100.00 so I was happy that the replacement and the labor was less than $250.00. Once the vehicle was done the service technician made sure I was happy with the new replacement. All of the electrical was installed and correct and the mirror matched my exterior color completely. It appeared as if the new mirror was always on the vehicle and I was very satisfied with the service. I would recommend this dealership for future service or sales leads.

Shop around. For these type of cosmetic repairs the price can vary widely from auto parts stores or dealership. Also make sure that they have the same color on hand or you might have to wait until your color and model arrives at the location.
