I had my arms waxed. The cost of the service was $65 and I gave a $10 tip which brought the total to $75.
Review of Service
I have very dark and very thick hair on my arms. I've always been very self-concious about it. So for prom I decided I would have it waxed so I'd have smooth arms and feel more confident. I had previously had my upper lip waxed several times and it hurt pretty badly. I was really surprised with how little the arm waxing hurt compared to the lip waxing. It also didn't leave any redness or bumps like I'd had on my lip before. I don't know enough about waxing to know if the waxer was just better or used better products and that was why it hurt less and did not create the bumps and redness or if it was just because that's how it goes on the arms. The person who was waxing me was very nice and made me feel really at ease.
Tips
This really doesn't hurt as much as other waxings. This is the type of thing you can get done right before a big event and not worry about having redness and bumps.
