the Price of Hip Hop Dance Lessons for Kids

I bought these lessons for my younger sister after she begged me to. They were held once a week at a studio not too far from her elementary school. The class was a 2 hours long with two choreographers. The age range was for 8-11 years old who were just beginning. The first half hour was spent stretching and warming up. Then they reviewed the previous week’s lesson. The last hour was spent learning a new routine or working to perfect the previous one. They learned a new routine every two weeks or so. I paid $80 for three months of lessons. That comes out to 12 lessons for only $80.

I think I paid a fair price for twelve lessons. I think it was a steal considering that there were two choreographers there to look after how 15 students were doing. The class size was small enough to perfect a number of dance routines and they always gave me a progress report when I went to pick up my sister.

Wear good shoes and bring a bottle of water. The dance studio might not have a water fountain or only a few and it might not be that sanitary. Just have fun and this is a great way to make new friends!
