the Price of Face Waxing

I had my upper lip waxed. The cost of the procedure was $45 and I tipped $5. They also had deals for buying a certain number of weeks in advance and getting a discount.

Wow, this hurt! I knew it would hurt a little but I wasn't expecting this. Part of the problem was that the person who was waxing my lip did not tell me that they were about to remove the strip. I had no time to prepare myself so it came out of nowhere. Overall, the experience was not good. The person who worked on me seemed bored and irritated. I will say that the place I went to was very nice. It was very clean and the staff member who took my appointment was very friendly and professional. So was the person working the desk the day of my appointment. I am trying not to judge the whole operation based on the only employee I found who wasn't nice.

Make an appointment. If it's your first time, look into what to expect. Ask the person who is doing your waxing to keep you updated on what's going on. Make sure the place you go is clean and well kept up.
