Description of service
I have 1000 anywhere minutes (nationwide and out side the country such as Singapore, Ghana, etc.) with free nights and weekends. I pay $45.00 for plan, which includes $40.00 for plan and $5.00 for 400 text messages. Plus 6.50 for taxes, fees and surcharges.
Review of Service
I have had the service for 7 years, had about 5 to 6 different cell phones but never had to pay for them. Only had 3 years of contract and 4 years with a contract. Receives 50-to 150-bonus minutes consistently because I am considered a loyal customer. Also receive loyalty minutes.
I get very good reception, never had a problem with reception. I have had Magnavox, Nokia and Samsung cell phones. I am very please with the service and wouldn't change for nothing.
Service has never been disconnected. If a situation come up wherein couldn't make payment, service will allow you to make two installment payments.
When they have advertising for a newer cell phone I would call and request the phone. Sometimes they want you to pay something on the phone but I remind them that I am a loyal customer and I get the phone for nothing. So the service does honor their customer.
Tips
When I first got the service in 2001, I paid $59.99 for 600 minutes. But watching TV I would see various service plans being offer and if it's what I have but a lower price I would call to get that price. There was times I had free three day weekends. Just by keeping an eye out for plan advertising I have end up paying for 1000 minutes $59.99, $49.99, $45.99 to $39.99. I am looking to get 1500 minutes for $39.99 so I'll keep watching.
Stay with your service as long as you can it will pay off in the end.
