Description of service
I get 450 anytime minutes, unlimited mobile to mobile minutes, rollover minutes, 1000 text messages. The 450 anytime minute plan is $40, the text messaging is an extra $7, and the rest is taxes and fees.
Review of Service
I rarely get dropped calls, which is a good thing. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of friends with the same cell phone provider, so I don't really take advantage of the mobile-to-mobile minutes.
The charge for going over the specified number of minutes is a lot so on months when I do go over, it costs me a lot more. I have to be really careful to stay within my minutes limit.
I got the extra text messages because I send a lot of text messages and that was adding up really quickly. This way it costs me a lot less and I don't spend so many minutes on phone calls.
I haven't had too much experience with customer service, but the experience I did have wasn't great. They weren't really very helpful and just kept saying that they couldn't help me. Not what you want to hear from customer service reps.
Tips
Make sure you know exactly how much you are paying for the service and what it all adds up to, because the taxes and fees add up really quickly. Also make sure that you stay under your minutes because most cell phone services charge quite a bit when you go over.
Also, ask people you know who have this service about their reception. If you get a great deal but always have dropped calls, it's not worth it.
