Description of service
I got a nail fill in a full service salon, a salon that does everything: nails, hair and waxing not just nails. It does cost a few bucks more then just going to the "nails only" salons but I think it is worth it. You are in fact paying for your atmosphere and cleanliness and there's a lot to be said about that after all the reports on unsafe nail salons on the news. The cost was $25 for a fill plus tip but I can go 3 to 4 weeks instead of two weeks in between.
Review of Service
All the girls in the salon a very nice and I am always greeted when I walk in and offered coffee, tea or a glass of wine (depending on the time of day). You don’t get that at the other shops! My lady doesn’t use a drill and I feel this saves my natural nail from any damage. I have an appointment when I go in so I don't feel I am rushed out so they can get another person in and they are not working on other people at the same time causing me to sit there, sometimes for 15 min, while waiting for them to get back to me as I have experienced in the "nails only" shops.
Tips
Ask your friends for referrals. A full service salon is worth the money. Look for coupons in local papers for nail tecks looking to grow their buisiness.
