Review of Service
I LOVED the Doctor that I went to. I had gone to a franchise about 2 years ago to have an eye exam and purchase soft contacts. The price of the eye exam was $75. I was not to thrilled with the staff so I never went back. After wearing 30 day contact lenses for 7 months I finally decided it was time to find a new doctor. I have no eye insurance so it was important for the exam to be some what inexpensive. I called another local franchise company and was told the exam would cost me $110. Obviously this was more than what I had payed in the past but I was willing to give them a try. I went down for my appointment and was greeted in a friendly manner. The doctor and staff were very nice and helpful. The price of my contacts are cheaper than the other company I went to but the exam was more so it will even out. The doctor made every effort to get me the right lenses. The office did not have the exact prescriptions I needed so he gave me a trial pair to wear that was slightly different than the actual prescription then he ordered me another trial pair to wear, that will come in in a few days, with the right prescription before I had to buy anything. Great service!
Tips
Shop around for a doctors office that will make you feel comfortable. Even though the price of my exam was more expensive than I had previously payed it was well worth it to have a doctor that actually seemed that he cared you were in his office.
