Description of service
Capoeira is an African-Brazilian fighting and survival tactic that mixes fighting, dance, and aerobics that is the best part about it and so is the main reason behind me opting for these classes out of dozens of martial art forms available out there. The charges were nominal at $100 for a month for an hour class three days a week. Then there are charges for the capoeira dress which is around $50.
Review of Service
Capoeira was way more interesting and kept me coming back for more also the trainers were very good and i am impressed by their expertise. My sessions went for an hour, but at the end of each session, I felt as if I already spent a whole day at the gym because I get to perspire a lot and use my entire body through simple but precise acrobatic moves and balancing acts. Overall i think its the best bucks i have spent and also learned something very good.
Tips
1. When you are practicing, only execute capoeira movements of which you have complete control. Don't loose control and rush for other movements as it can be really dangerous.
2. When you play with a stranger, don?t show all of your game. Save your best hits for the decisive hour, if necessary.
3. When practicing capoeira, keep your hands relaxed. If you make a fist for a brief instant, relax it immediately as capoeira consist of relaxed movements that allow the free circulation of the blood, and thus the execution of more spontaneous and agile movements.
These were the important tips my guru gave me during the course and they should be followed if you want perfection.
