Capoeira is an excellent way of staying fit and fine. It offers a combination of various types of exercises. It is a combination of a form of dance, martial arts and aerobics which together help in maintaining a healthy body. I was lucky enough to get a chance to get free trial and hence i was able to attend two sessions of capoeira lessons without paying anything.
Review of Service
I was quite satisfied with the service that i received, especially beccause i did not had to pay anything. But jokes apart, it was seriously so good that i decided to join these capoeira classes. The first class was a bit tough but the instructor was vary good and he made us feel really comfortable. The batch size was also quite small and stress was laid on each and every individual.
Tips
Initially, you might find all the capoeira sessions a bit boring and at the same time tiring too but don't lose heart. Just concentrate on the basic move first. Without mastering the basic moves, you just can't go on to master the more complex ones. Keep in mind that capoeira is one of the best available forms of exercise; this thought should keep you going.
