Description of service
The price breakdown is as follows: Full coverage for the vehicle (including uninsured motorist), with a $25 deductible - it includes a rental car (comparable size). I do get a 10% discount for staying current on my drivers education and a 5% discount for paying annually.
Review of Service
Overall the service is OK. I haven't had to turn in any claims in against the company for the vehicle that I currently have, but i did have to turn one in for an elderly lady who rearended me at 55 MPH with a previous vehicle. My insurance company paid without a problem, but it did go against my policy - even though it wasn't my fault. The elderly lady had no insurance and was driving a stolen vehicle. Not really my fault but the company held me responsible for it as it was unable to collect from another insurance company (it was able to sue the driver and collect some reimbursement from her). They handled all of the court proceedings against the lady, and I never heard another thing about it (which was good for me due to limited time availability). I check insurance rates every 6 months or so to insure that I am not paying more than other agencies in the area, so even though I believe it is high - it is comparable.
Tips
Shop around, talk with other people not just about pricing but about service after an accident as well. Check on things like how hard is it to get a rental car, how long does it take to pay for work done at a local body shop, how many clients it has, or even how long has it been in business.
