I have an existing contract with this insurance agency so this was a pretty straightforward renewal of the policy. The agency faxed me a quote for the policy and since I found it reasonable, I mailed them the check and a week later, I received the originals of the insurance binder and the ID Card.
This agency is very easy to deal with and when the agent says he will call you back, he does so within the day. I also like the fact that the insurance agency sends me a regular notice at least 3 months before the expiration of my current policy because it gives me sufficient time to save money for the new one.
Tips
Ask for recommendations from your friends and acquaintances as to which insurance agency to select.
Take into consideration how easy it is to talk to/deal with the agent. If you're having difficulty communicating with them when they're still trying to sell you the insurance, imagine how much harder it would be when you're trying to file a claim.
