Description of service
I paid $1000 for a company to send a hospice nurse to my house to make sure a relative of mine had medical care before he died and that he died painlessly. The medical care included the administration of medication, the checking of vital signs, providing a death bed, administrating oxygen and other medical needs.
Review of Service
The service was overall outstanding. The nurse was very compassonate with us, and she helped up in our time of need. She also was nice to my relative, who had a painless death thanks to her. The hospice service also helped us arrange transportation for the body and other things after he died. I would like to use this service again someday, for when another relative of mine is dying, or even when I am dying.
Tips
1. Make sure you check business ratings with the BBB on BBB.com
2. Look up the business online, and see if any stories are posted about the hospice service.
3. See if the hospice service offers 24/7 service. That way, you can get a nurse when you need one.
4. Play your part too. Help the nurse out if he or she needs it.
5. Be nice to the hospice staff, and they will return the favor.
