the Cost of Weddings

This price was including the chapel, reception room, rehearsal dinner room, food for everything, cost of the pastor, the donut cake (we had a morning wedding), tux for my husband, my dress was a hand-me-down from my sister, and the bridal showers were given by family members and so was the bachelor party.

The service of the wedding coordinator could have been better and more organized, the caterer did a fantastic job which our donut cake and food but the timing of serving and saving us some food off to the side was not acceptable. We barely got to eat anything and we only got a bite of a donut.

Our photographer was a friend of my husbands, and she did it for free but we gave her a small thank you gift, which did not turn out so great b/c it took almost 3 months to get her to tell us how to get this pictures, then she just emailed us a website for them. Make sure you get in writing what everyone is supposed to do and have them sign it, it puts a little more pressure on them to do a good job. Our wedding coordinator showed up 15 minutes before the wedding began and was pushy about getting things going in order but all we wanted to do was relax and enjoy our company at the reception. Then the caterer started serving the food as soon as everyone came into the reception area and was supposed to have waited until after our first dance as husband and wife so that why everything after that got messed up and everyone was ready to leave after our dance b/c we had to wait on them to finish eating. but when all was said and done I still got to marry a very special man whom I love today more than yesterday and thats all that matters in the end and we have plenty of stories to tell.

Please get reviews from people who have used them before and definitely write out what you want each person to do. Whether they think they know what they're doing or not. It's yours and your mans day!
