the Cost of Weddings

When my sister got married and chose me to be her Maid of Honor I was thrilled! Helping to plan the wedding was so exciting to me! I helped with everything from the decorations, to the menus and the afterparty. We had a budget and we had so much to get done. We lived in separate states so it was a little difficult but we managed well I believe. We called around for prices on everything. We settled on a few cutbacks to save a little bit but did not cut out the important parts.

All of the services we used for this wedding offered several low cost alternatives for products and services we were requesting. We went with a few of them but on the stuff that was really important we didn't settle for anything that was not the absolute best. We had help from different bakeries, florists, wedding planners, tent services, landscaping, etc.

Give yourself a little while to plan out all the details of your perfect day. Do research and don't just settle for the cheapest alternative. Somethings you can't really skip out on and expect to recieve the full effect of! Don't stress too much, its a stressfree experience if you allow it to be.
