Description of service
The $150 included the cost of someone to travel to my home and design a layout of what plants, flowers and shrubs could best be used to make one section of my yard look better. No plants, flowers, shrubs or seeds were included at this price but I was eligible for a 15% discount on any that I bought through their company with the use of this service.
Review of Service
I have always had a small section of my yard that is not quite level with the rest of it. Although I love tinkering with plants, i never could get a suitable layout for this particular section. With the landscaping planning service I was able to see what types of plants would work best to achieve the look I wanted.
Tips
The easiest way to find a good landscaper is to find yards that you like and then ask the owners whether they do it themselves or if someone does it for them. Most people are proud to say that either they did it, or they had "so and so" do it. If the thought of approaching total strangers scares you, look for a small sign in the yard saying "landscaping provided by so and so landscapers".
