Description of service

I joined a gym at the beginning of the year and took advantage of a special price that was offered to new members who prepaid in advance for the full year membership. The regular price for one year is $900. The gym that I joined is nationwide and I am able to attend any location using my local membership. The annual fee includes full use of the facilities, including aerobics classes, the pool, showers, and all exercise machines and free weights.

Review of Service

I know that most people stop using their gym membership after a few visits, but I have actually continued to go regularly because this gym has a very friendly atmosphere, the machines are not usually crowded at the times that I am there, and the locker area and showers are kept generally clean. The hours for my location are convenient with my schedule and the employees have been helpful and showed me how to use some of the machines that I was not very familiar with. Also, the other exercisers seem to wipe off the equipment and they are accomodating to others by not staying on the machines longer than the expected time period.

Tips

My only tip is just to make sure that you will actually continue to use the gym for the full term of your membership before you prepay for an entire year because it is somewhat expensive and is a big waste of money if you don't use the services.
