Description of service
I paid $25 for a company to come out to my house, and install my new satellite television system that I had just bought along with monthly service. The guy was supposed to come out, with all of the necessary equipment for my satellite TV system, instal the satellite dish, and then hook up 4 satellite TV boxes in my house to my TVs and to the satellite dish. He was then supposed to call the satellite tv company to activate the satellite dish and all four receivers, and then make sure that everything was working when he left.
Review of Service
The service was excellent! The guy that came out was very kind and friendly, and had my new satellite TV system working in only three hours, which isn't bad considering all the wiring he had to do (he had to hook up 4 satellite tv boxes in my house). The guy even showed me how to use my new system, and made it less confusing for me. Overall, he did a very good job!
Tips
1. Stick with a local company, not a national one. They are easier to contact, and charge less.
2. Be sure that the installer arrives on time. If he isn't there after 10 minutes past his promised time, call the company and see if there is a problem, or if the guy is just running late.
