Description of service
This was the price for one campsite that can fit up to six campers. It was a short hike in - about one and a half miles in. It technically counted as backpacking, but it was such a short distance that I didn't feel intimidated by the backpacking aspect of it. It was backpacking in that we had to bring in all our stuff because there wasn't anything there except for an outhouse, a water spigot, and a picnic table.
Review of Service
It was a great campsite, provided you knew what you were getting into. There were no amenities other than the absolutely beautiful ocean view that we had from our campsite! We brought cooking equipment, dishes, a tent, pads to sleep on, and our food. It was only for one night but a lot of that stuff you have to bring no matter what so it wouldn't have been that much heavier to go for two or three nights. I had to call far in advance because it was at a national seashore that is really popular. It helped that we went off season.
Tips
If you are going to a place that fills up fast, call early or try to go off season if you can. Also, sometimes people cancel, so see if they have a waiting list.
