the Price of Belly Dancing Lessons

This was the first time i was attending a belly dance class. It was actually an introductory class. The class was held just to familiarize people with what exactly belly dancing is and to teach a few basic steps. There was only one class and the duration of that class was a little more than one hour. I had to pay $10 for the class.

The class was very useful but i feel that there were some flaws in it. As the class was conducted by a reputed institute, the teachers spent a lot of time on publicizing their institute. Otherwise whatever we were taught was very good. We could see that the teachers were very good and experienced. We were taught some of the basic moves. The class gave us a very good idea about belly dancing.

I would suggest that all those who even think of joining belly dance classes must first go in for such an introductory class. It would give you a brief and a very accurate idea about belly dancing. This will help a lot in judging whether you really want to learn belly dancing or is it just out of infatuation or peer pressure.
