the Price of Belly Dancing Lessons

I signed up for a belly dancing lesson with a group of friends. The instructor held the class at a local studio and provided an excellent one hour instructional lesson. We were also offered a discount for future lessons. We were provided the music, hand clips, and wraps for our hips to authenticate the movements. We learned the basic moves and were able to perform at a very simplistic level at the end of the hour. The instructor was easy to follow and before you know it you were into the music and just moving!

The instructor was very knowledgeable and experienced in the art of belly dancing. She had about ten students in the class and found time to work with each one individually at some point during the class. We all learned the very basic movements and the hip wraps and hand clips definitely helped to get the feel of what you were trying to do. It was a great experience, I have signed up to take additional lessons and learn more.

I would highly recommend belly dancing lessons - what a great, economical way to have fun, learn something new and get a great workout at the same time. Plus there is always the opportunity to dance professionally if you are looking for a way to earn extra money.
