Description of service
In return for my payment I received all legal documentation for incorporating my small business. The price was a bit higher than some, but you get what you pay for. This is a very important part in forming a business and you want it done right. All of the work I received was done professionally and was done in a very timely manner. I was referred to him by my accountant, which is where I would recommend you ask first.
The process went very smoothly even at the Secretary of States office. Although the $750 does not include the fees you will have at the Secretary of States office, and the fee varies on a few things. If you talk to a Lawyer that writes up letters of incorporation they will not tell you if this is a good idea, or shouldn't, that is something you and your accountant need to decide on.
Over all the process was painless and well worth the money for my business.
Review of Service
The service was great in my experience. I just dropped of the papers and gave him some general information and left it to him. I did have to sign somethings in the letters. Other than that I just had go give him the check and take it up to the Secretary of States office. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be.
Tips
Make sure this move is right for you. It has it's ups and downs. I wanted to do it a year ago and called the atorny and he just said ask your accountant. The accountant said "bad idea, you need to wait." It might not be the right time for you, so just ask.
