Services are very good; most important thing is having experience in a variety of areas. Although expertise of lawyer is in commercial real estate, the fact that he had experience in other areas as well was invaluable.
Tips
ask lots of questions as to what kinds of matters the lawyer has handled; remember that they might have a lot of expertise in one area, but that doesn't mean that they will be able to handle the wide variety of work they will be doing for you
ask about rates; the price I paid above is per hour. ask if they will be willing to familiarize themselves with your business for a flat rate beforehand, or you will be paying for their learning curve which will add up quickly if you need to call on them often.
if you ahve a LOT of legal work, considering hiring a company lawyer. They will be focused on you, and you will know exactly what your legal bills will be! Some new grads might really want the experience of working for a company since the hours can be regualar and the work has variety.
