Description of service
The service I received was for a neck adjustment with a Licensed Chiropractor. The Chiropractor's office I went to had several different prices for an Adjustment depending on what type of payment option you selected. The payment plans were determined by how often you would be coming in for treatment and the duration of treatment time. The Chiropractor did accept insurance as well.
Review of Service
The service I received was excellent. I went into the Chiroprator for a specific disorder and was looking for alternative to taking drugs. Not only did the Chiroprator do the adjustments to me, she gave me some useful, but not pushy, suggestions to help my overall health, such as vitamin recommendations, diet, exercises, and what to look for in a pillow and bed. I do not like the fact that many Chiropractic clinics suggest you see them for an extended period of time. I have seen an improvement in my health, so I do think it is a good value for the service I received.
Tips
Make sure that your Chiroprator has a current license. I would stay away from a Chiroprator that says they can 'cure' you, the purpose of a Chiropractor is to help your body help itself. Get recommendations and references, check with your health insurance, as many Chiropractic services are covered. If it seems like your Chiroprator is pressuring you to do things that are outside of the realm of Chiropractic, question them on it and possibly find a new Chiropractor.
