Description of service
I have seen this chiropractor every month or every other month for a little over a year. During each appointment, he performs a quick examination, adjusts me where needed, and occasionally performs a quick massage.
I paid $36 because I bought a series of 6 adjustments. The adjustments are normally $45 each, but if you buy 6, you pay $252, which is $42 per session, plus you get one free, making it a total of 7 sessions, or $36 each.
Review of Service
The chiropractor is obviously very skilled and manages to perform adjustments without any discomfort, even when he adjusted my neck, which always scares me. Sometimes he performs a quick massage on the tensest muscles, but not always.
He is usually able to target all the stiff areas of my body without any direction from me, but on the rare occasion that he misses a spot, I let him know and he works on it right away.
I used to get very frequent headaches - a low-grade headache was the norm for me, but since I've been getting chiropractic adjustments, they are much rarer.
Tips
Look for package deals like this - if you have the money up front, then it's often a much better price per session. I also got a free initial exam last year because I just happened to call right before their customer appreciation day, when they give free exams or adjustments to new customers or people who had been referred. I've heard of other chiropractic offices doing this also, so it's worth asking.
My insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care so these package deals and free exams are important for me!
