The price was great as the Chiropractor included a consultation, a set of x-rays, and a follow up (two weeks later) and yes there were people who really didn't need chiropractic assistance (they were told that as well).
Review of Service
The Doctor was extremely helpful when I asked questions, some people choose not to follow up with the Chiropracter, which was ok as well. I actually did need assistance with a pinched nerve (the following treatment alleviated my pain - which was great). After the first consultation, when I decided to go ahead with treatment, the Doctor took my insurance information and when I had my first treatment the insurance information was already settled. The Doctor really has a great staff and even though I am normally traveling, when I can make a showing at the office they almost always can get me scheduled in. This may take up to 30 minutes, but it is worth the wait.
Tips
Shop around there are many different chiropractors in cities, chances are there are people you know who are using chiropractic services and they can give you advice on which chiropractors to avoid and which ones are really worth going to. The staff should be very friendly as everytime I have gone I am already in paid, the personality of the staff should help to put you at ease to some point.
