This particular certificate allowed the intial consultation with the chiropractor, x-rays, physical exam, a thermal and a static EMG scan, and a complete report of the findings. The patient responsibility only cost $37. IF your insurance would cover 100% of everything the $37 would have come right back, but who's insurance will ever cover 100% for the first visit.

The chiro was awesome! He listened to everything and showed genuine concern, and treated me like a person he truly cared about, and not just another patient with a number. He took his time to thoroghly go through everything. He explained everything as he was doing it, and I was amazed with the advanced technology that was used. The scans that were done were definately worth it!
