Description of service

We moved into a house that had a back garage full of old junk. Finding a person that wanted to haul away these old junk was a job within itself. We finally found an individual in the paper willing to haul away our junk.We had old stoves, dryers and refrigerators. There was also some old carpeting and old futon beds.

Review of Service

The man was 2 hours late coming to empty our trash so we had already started out on the wrong foot.I let him know up front he will need to bring someone to help him load up because my husband would be at work and i was in any condition to move the larger items.I also let him know that an extra person would be included in his 100 dollar fee.The gentlman came by himself and was a bit upset that he had to move the items without help, although we had discussed this in our conversations. He was very messy and threw things around and ended up leaving a large stack of scrap wood in the building.

Tips

I would suggest seeing if you cant get your local trash service to drop a dumpsterto your house. In most cases this can be a lot cheaper than having someone do the work for you.I would also suggest that you draw up some sort of contract,it dosent have to be anything fancy but just something so you both are clear of what is expected and ther will be no questions.
