This is for one year of service. It includes 600MB of mail storage and 30MB of file storage, which can be set up as a public web space. The bandwidth allowance is 300MB/month, with an additional 600MB at signup. You can access your mail on the Web, or use IMAP or POP access. There is spam filtering and virus checking. You can set up rules for vacation notices, mail forwarding, routing of mail to separate folders (including trash), and having mail bounce back as if the address does not exist. You also get 6 alias email addresses with the account.

I am very pleased. This is an email-only provider; they do not do web hosting (although you can make your file space public), internet service providing, or any other type of online service. So, they do one thing and they do it well. Outages are rare and all accounts are backed up to redundant machines that can be brought on line if something fails.

Know what features you need, and make sure they are offered by the provider before you sign up with them. Also, consider a provider who only does email, as they will have specialized knowledge and focus.
