The woman who massaged me was absolutely fabulous. She was very gentle and took her time to avoid the painful areas. When she was done, I felt less stiff and more relaxed. She only charged 65.00 for an entire hour of full body massage with oils and lotions, hot stone back treatment, aromatherapy, and soothing music in the background.

Make sure that you have a reputable masseusse that knows what they are doing and is able to communicate well with you. If you have pain be sure to tell them what areas to avoid and what will cause you more pain.
