The $19.00 pedicure includes a soak in the foot spa/bath and a foot scrub. After the soaking & scrub, they cut and file the toenails and then apply the selected nail polish. The remaining $4.00 was the tip .

I like this nail salon because they have an extensive selection of nail polish colors ranging from neutrals and pale shades to really bright reds. They even have different shades of blue, green, and purple if you feel like using an offbeat color. In case you don't like the polish you originally chose, they will let you change it once. Some salons will not let you do that.

My favorite part about this experience is that the client sits in a massage chair during the entire process so you get a free massage together with your pedicure. Most pedicure places at this price range normally don't have massage chairs, just the regular padded ones.

Pay attention to whether the pedicurists cleans & disinfects his/her tools before each use to make sure you do not get a fungal infection.

Ask the salon if they have promos or offer for frequent clients. You may be able to get a freebie after a certain number of visits.
