Even though you may find a traffic exchange with 150,000 members, note that the bulk of the traffic may not be from the country of your choosing. For example, if you are promoting something that is only beneficial to the United States or another specific country, make sure your traffic exchange site has a targeting by country option so that you get the correct type of visitors you are looking for.
