Description of service
I called around and got quotes and of course they can't tell you much until they see it, and mostly will just say so much for the cd player if that is all the problem is. Of course they aren't sure til they get in there to determine if you have a connection/electrical problem that may need to be addressed as well. Lucky for me that was what the problem was. Installation included.
Looked all over online for a new stereo for my suburban and I finally settled on one. It arrived and I put it in myself. It was fast arriving but when I put it in the stereo had a problem it wouldn't use all the speakers no matter what I did. I finally ended up putting the stereo I had taken out back in. The cd skips on occasion is all. So I got quotes from a few local places and finally settled on one.
Review of Service
I took the suburban in and they just replaced the cd player it was not half bad for having the problem solved.
Tips
Of course they must charge you to install it because otherwise they can't guarantee it. So keep that in mind when you need stereo repair or replacement. I can't say they would fix the cd player because they wouldn't. Said it was more expensive than just replacing the cd player altogether. Of course they wanted to sell me more than what I needed. Like a 5 cd changer. I opted for the single replacement of what I had.
