I ended up using hair that I bought at the local beauty supply house which was a better quality.
The process of microbraiding is very time consuming it took about 6 hours but the hairstylist was very nice and we took a few breaks every now and then.
Review of Service
The Stylist did a wonderful job.The braider was very attentive and inquired about my comfort several times.She also did not braid my hair too tight unlike some previous experiences I have had.Overall I was very happy with the result. It was worth the money.Everybody at the saloon was very friendly and my hair ended up looking awesome.
Tips
The best advise I can give is to have plenty of time .The whole process of micro braiding can take anywhere from 6 to 7 hours or longer depending on hair lengths and the amount of brakes you and your braider take.I would also advise to buy a good quality of hair extensions .The better the hair the better the end result.I also suggest that you condition your hair with a very good conditioner prior to getting your hair braided.I suggest a conditioner that is rich in protein.This will ensure that your hair is in tip top shape .
